AbstractPurposeTo evaluate the effect of heart rate, heart rate variability on dual-source computed tomography image quality performed without the use of B blockers and to assess diagnostic accuracy of dual-source CT (using adaptive electrocardiographic pulsing) for coronary artery stenosis, by using invasive coronary angiography as the reference standard.Materials and methodsPatients were studied without β-blocker pre-medication.
