Entrepreneurial Orientation of Family Firm within Maturity Industry: A Multi-Case Study in Rice Milling Industry in Indonesia

AbstractThis paper, based on a qualitative multi-case study, attempts to explore the entrepreneurial behaviors of fimily firms measured by the five dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation (EO). The data were collected by means of in-depth interview and focus group discussion involving small-scale, medium scale and large scale family firms. The results show that all dimensions of EO tend to be low for small-scale family firms but tend to be high for medium and large scale family firms.
