AbstractComplementary DNA clones corresponding to the 70 and 82 kDa subunits of soluble guanylyl cyclase from human adult brain have been isolated and sequenced. Their respective open reading frames correspond to 619 amino acids (Mr 70,469) and 717 amino acids (Mr 81,324).
