AbstractIn this paper, the compensation method to obtain the high field homogeneity (150ppm/cm3) of compact NMR magnet was studied analytically. In order to improve the trapped magnetic field homogeneity of HTS bulk magnet, we used the packaged HTS bulk magnet consisted of HTS bulks annuli and 3 iron rings for field compensation. We could confirm that the target homogeneity of trapped magnetic field of HTS bulk magnet was achieved by the proposed passive compensation method
