AbstractMost cervical teratomas are benign. However, because of their location and size, these neoplasms cause airway obstruction, and the prognosis of patients is poor if left untreated. Early diagnosis by antenatal ultrasound, airway management, and a multidisciplinary team approach to treatment are therefore necessary. This report describes a 7-day-old male neonate who presented at our institution with a huge neck mass that was treated by surgical excision
