AbstractIn the article the authors discuss the possibility of using a rotor-dynamic homogenizers to improve technology for processing milk by the intensification of the process of homogenization. They give an informative overview of design patterns of homogenizers, demonstrate their advantages and disadvantages. The results of the equipment testing with different design parameters in an alternating direction of rotation are described
