This study assessed whether CF patients infected with multiresistant organisms had improved clinical outcomes if given antibiotics that inhibited their biofilm-grown bacteria.Methods110 patients with pulmonary exacerbations were treated with intravenous antibiotics based on susceptibility testing of planktonically-growing bacteria.
