Angiotensin II action in isolated microperfused rabbit afferent arterioles is modulated by flow. We have recently presented evidence that endogenous nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandins (PGs) modulate angiotensin II (Ang II) action in microperfused afferent arterioles (Af-Arts).
