AbstractPURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the possible use of changes in apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) measured by magnetic resonance imaging for pretreatment prediction and early detection of tumor response in a mouse model during fractionated chemoradiotherapy.
