AbstractIn this paper we are concerned with linear control systems of infinite dimension with delays in outputs. An asymptotic compensator of finite order is proposed. The compensator provides a control law that stabilizes a wide class of distributed systems. Moreover, the compensator is invariant with respect to small bounded perturbations of the system parameters
