The Development of Self-Reflective Competences in Actual Romanian Educational System

AbstractThe present paper converges towards the fact that reflexivity presupposes not only thinking over what has happened or what should have happened (doing thus a critical analysis over them), but it is imposed to complete it with actions (by taking decisions and applying them).
