AbstractInfantile myofibromatosis (IM) is a very rare clinical entity consisting of fibrous proliferation occurring in infants and children. We report the case of a male child with the occurrence of multiple soft tissue nodules. Myofibromatosis was diagnosed on histopathological examination of the lesions. The characteristic clinical, radiologic and histopathologic features of this process are reviewed along with diagnostic and therapeutic options
