AbstractThis study was conducted to explore the importance of employability skills of engineering graduates through employers’ perspective. The respondents consisted of 180 employers in various fields of engineering in Peninsular Malaysia. The instruments used in this study were adapted from the SCANS model. The result shows that the employers put high level of interests in employability skills as must have skills from graduates. The study also showed no significant differences between the size of company and employability skills. There are however, significant differences between information skills and technology skills acquired by graduates
