AbstractThis paper provides an in-depth review and analysis on the science technology and innovation (STI) barriers in order to achieve bioenergy implementations in Thailand. Though, Thailand appears to have clear targets on alternative energy in the next 10 years according to the master plan formulated by Ministry of Energy but these ambitious-bioenergy targets are based solely on the potential of resources existing and planned planting in the country.
