ObjectiveRestenosis is a limitation of endovascular interventions performed in the superficial femoral artery (SFA). Preclinical studies have demonstrated that the perivascular delivery of tissue-engineered allogeneic aortic endothelial cells (PVS-10200) reduced stenosis in porcine models of SFA revascularization.
