AbstractWireless networks are organized as a network with mobile nodes that act as hosts and routers to broadcast packets. The frequent changes of network topology, the path length between source and destination nodes also varies for changing of time. The path length happens to be a very important parameters for QOS routing. Predicting the path length from a source to a destination in ad hoc networks may help in several network functioning. The path length between a source destination pair depends on the mobility patterns as well as routing algorithms.
