Acute coronary syndrome in the elderly patients is a particular clinical entity characterized by increased incidence. Medical advances and improvement of the conditions of life acquires of the elderly person the progression of their autonomy. Our aim is to evaluate the quality of life of elderly patients after ACS treated by angioplasty.We had collected 141 elderly patients (>75 ans) (mean age:80.6± 4.03 years old) admitted for NSTEMI in Haguenau hospital center in France, between august 2012 and august 2013. 58.2% had percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), 34% medical treatment and 7.8% CABG.
