AbstractAt present of the manufacturing sector, which is at the economic level, must be made to sustain societies in the high living by industrial societies and able to increase productivities so that they are able to achieve the same standard of living equally. It will be a big issue because recycled materials have become very important to environmental. This paper presents an overview of the trends and the concept of emerging to identify the recyclability contents of the product for recycling aluminum chips by the hot extrusion process. It shows that even though to achieve the sustainability, it needs the holistic optimization of the entire environment.
