ObjectivesThis study evaluates the clinical impact of adjusting the loading dose of clopidogrel according to vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP) index in patients with clopidogrel resistance undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).BackgroundClopidogrel resistance plays a key role in ischemic recurrence after PCI.
