Drug susceptibility testing was performed for culture-positive cases (n=1004). Factors associated with drug resistance were evaluated using logistic regression analysis. Strains were typed using spoligotyping and mycobacterial interspersed repetitive units–variable number tandem repeat (MIRU–VNTR).
