However, this technique is not free from complications.ReportWe present the use of the chimney technique, after the loss of all branches of the aortic arch during thoracic endovascular aortic repair, in a patient with a previous partial debranching of the aortic arch.DiscussionThe coverage of the vital vessels of the aortic arch during stent graft deployment could be linked to hypertension, anatomical abnormalities, or patient movements. In such cases, the chimney technique may be the only possible rescue procedure
