AbstractThe primary purpose of the study is to identify potential gender inequity in faculty positions in terms of salary, career development, and their workloads at a public four-year institution. In order to provide multiple stakeholder groups with more acceptable research outcomes, this study uses institution-specific criteria that directly represent the unique situation of the institution and the faculty members in the analysis. As a result, this study found no significant evidence that verified institutional gender inequity in faculty salaries. Also, the analyses associated with gender difference in career development and faculty workloads found no evidence that was unfavourable to female faculty
