A 75-year-old man suffered from bilateral pyonephroses secondary to Candidal infection. Pyonephroses were shown by renal sonography and Candidal infection was confirmed by microbiological culture of urine samples obtained from bilateral percutaneous nephrostomies and catheterization of the urinary bladder
