AbstractBackgroundTraumatic aortic injuries with aortic lacerations or ruptures are a common cause of death after blunt chest trauma.PurposeThe mortality rate is higher than 90%, so rapid examination and treatment can be challenging for emergency physicians.MethodA 20-year male patient that suffering from major thoracic trauma due to a motor vehicle accident was selected.ResultsResuscitation with appropriate therapy can be life-saving first aid intervention.
