AbstractTo effectively deal with the frequent natural disasters and make good decisions, a clear and scientific understanding of the highway network's resistant ability against disasters should be worked out. This paper aims to propose a set of comprehensive evaluation methods for this ability and its conclusion analysis. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, a comprehensive evaluation index system is established. Subsequently, based on the fuzzy mathematics, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, and the specific steps of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are executed.
