IntroductionA progression model of atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH) to bronchioloalveolar carcinoma (BAC) to invasive adenocarcinoma (ADC) has been proposed. However, the genetic alterations of the AAH-BAC-ADC sequence are not clearly established.
