AbstractThis work reports preparation of self-assembled chain-like ZnO nanostructures and investigation of their gas sensing properties. ZnO nanostructures of high density and homogeneity were obtained by electrochemical anodization method. The structures were prepared on stiff and flexible substrates. Gas sensing properties of obtained structures have been tested in a wide range of operating temperatures and towards different gases
