AbstractRevision of the mathematical formalism of Newtonian dynamics suggests that its determinism and reversibility result from additional mathematical restrictions which are not consistent with the physical nature of motions. The removal of these restrictions, and a new model for Newtonian dynamics, as well as its applications to modelling neural intelligence are discussed
