AbstractIn this paper, parallel algorithms are proposed for solving both systems of nonlinear algebraic equations and unconstrained optimization problems. Theoretical results for their convergence and orders of convergence are also presented. The proposed algorithms are analytically compared in terms of their time efficiencies and speed-up ratios
