A study of prevalence of sexual dysfunction & assessment of related factors in women referring to mother-baby clinics in Tehran

AbstractThe goal of this study is to assess the prevalence of sexual dysfunction and its related factors in women referring to mother-baby clinics in Tehran 1388. By randomized sampling 405 women entered to study and they were assessed by two questionnaires. Results: Prevalence of hypoactive sexual desire is 33% Prevalence of sexual arousal disorder is 16.5% Prevalence of orgasmic disorder is 25% Prevalence of dyspareunia is 45.5% Age, duration of marriage, history of using psychiatric drugs, history of psychiatric disorders, history of sexual abuse have effect on sexual function
