AbstractSome earthquakes that occurred recently, such as the earthquake in Aceh, Padang, Yogyakarta, and in other areas have been many casualties, loss of property, as well as damage to reinforced concrete buildings. Seeing this situation, especially in Indonesia, region frequent earthquakes, a guideline of vulnerability assessments needs to be proposed. This paper presented the evaluation of the vulnerability of reinforced concrete buildings against earthquake loads. In support of this study, it was necessary to collect data from a case study before damage occurred and the observation conditions after earthquake of the buildings.
