AbstractThe ultimate purpose of this work is to develop a terminological base (Spanish, Catalan, English, Chinese and Arabic) for the industrial and craft sector of turron, chocolate and cocoa derivatives with the aim of facilitating knowledge communication and transfer between specialists, linguistic mediators and entrepreneurs in the sector and contributing to mitigate the communication problems involved in international commercial transactions.
