AbstractObjectivesThis study evaluated the effect of statin therapy on mortality in individuals with significant coronary artery disease (CAD) stratified by age.BackgroundHydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase inhibitors (statins) significantly reduce morbidity and mortality in individuals with CAD.
