Glomerular up-regulation of EIIIA and V120 fibronectin isoforms in proliferative immune complex nephritis. Fibronectins (FNs) comprise a family of adhesive glycoproteins that are prominent components of mesangial extracellular matrix and accumulate during glomerular injury.
