AbstractAccording to the literature, ensuring continuous and desirable work outcomes of employees have strong relations with their commitment to their organizations. Those employees who have commitment to their organization are addicted to the organization's objectives and organization itself when they adopt their organizational culture. Based on empirical evidences in the literature, also leadership is an important component in the organizational commitment process. Moreover, leadership is crucial for the organizational effectiveness, and the development and the changes of organizational culture.
