AbstractThe study highlighted the lack of training and education as a barrier to women entrepreneurs and how a training program could solve these problems. It is essentially an investigation into the nature and effectiveness of the Women Entrepreneurship Program (WEP). The principal aim was to make a valuable contribution towards the area of entrepreneurship training program. Therefore, this study addressed the training of entrepreneurs and reveals that education and training are crucial for the development and creation of entrepreneurs in Malaysia.
