Synovial sarcoma arising in the mandibular bone

SummarySynovial sarcoma is rare in the head and neck, especially in the oral and maxillofacial region. We report a case of synovial sarcoma of the mandible in a 42-year-old man. The patient was referred with recurrent diffuse swelling in the right buccal area and underwent regional resection of the right mandibular bone with construction.
