Alterations in glomerular dynamics in congenital, unilateral hydronephrosis. We have previously shown that rats with congenital, unilateral hydronephrosis exhibit a reduction in GFR that returns to normal when either the renin angiotensin system or thromboxane A2 (TxA2) is blocked.
