AbstractBackgroundScapulo-humeral arthrodesis (SHA) is a proven reconstruction method in patients with proximal humerus malignancies requiring resection of the shoulder abduction apparatus (rotator cuff and deltoid muscles) or its nerve supply. Standard practice consists in using a pedicled fibular flap.
