Background: Food insecurity has been linked to children's diet, health and growth, but the link is less clear in upper-income developing countries, including those in the Caribbean. This study aims to investigate the association between food insecurity and nutritional health among school-aged children in two Caribbean countries for which there is a dearth of recent nutritional data.
