Protektivno delovanje oksima i atropina pri trovanju arminom

With regard to the increasing application of oximes in the treatment of human organophosphate poisoning experiments were performed on mice in order to assess the toxicity of oximes of own production. Signs of poisoning caused by different oximes were on ·the whole very similar and obtained LD50 values were in good agreement with results of other authors, The therapeutic effect of PAM-2 PAM-3, PAM-4. PAM-2 Cl, P2S, TMB-4 Cl2, TMB-4 Br2, LüH6 Br2, MINA and DAM alone or applied together with atropine was determined in mice poisoned by armine. Under our experimental conditions the protective effect of TMB-4 was equal or slightly better than the effects of LüH6 Cl2 and LüH6 Br2. In comparison with other oximes, however. TMB-4 proved far better. The protective effect of P.S was weaker than expected since when applied with atropine it offered protection only against 4 LD50 of armine, while PAM-2 and P AM-2 Cl protected animals against 30 LD50 of armine.Imajući u vidu sve veću primenu oksima u humanoj medicini za Iečenje ljudi otrovanih organofosfornim jedinjenjima, bilo je interesantno da ispitamo i uporedimo različite oksime domaće i strane proizvodnje u pogledu toksičnosti i terapijske moći na miševima otrovanim arminom. Znaci trovanja posle ubrizgavanja toksičnih doza različitih oksima bili su, u celini, veoma slični, a vrednosti LD-50 kretale su se u okvirima podataka iz literature (tablica 1 i 2). Zaštitno dejstvo oksima bispiridinskog tipa (TMB-4 i LüH6) nadmašuje oksime piridinskog tipa (PAM-a), a neuporedivo je efikasnije u odnosu na monoksime (MINA. DAM) kod miševa otrovanih arminom (tablica 3). U uslovima upotrebljenim u našim eksperimentima zaštitno dejstvo TMB-4 bilo je isto ili nešto bolje nego LüH6 (tablica 3).
