Integrated risk management in metallurgical enterprises – methodical approach

The aim of the article is to outline the risk management issues in metallurgical enterprises. In particular, the paper deals with the implementation of integrated risk management (IMERM-model) in metallurgical enterprises, since comprehensive risk management needs to be handled in an integrated way. The most important thing, however, is the ability to use appropriate methodology to this end.
