A 69-year-old man with left atrophic kidney was referred to our hospital because of a 5.7 cm solid mass in the lower pole of right kidney revealed by computed tomography for evaluation of aortic aneurysm. An open transperitoneal partial nephrectomy was performed, and final pathological diagnosis was clear cell carcinoma, grade 2, pT1b, pNx. One month postoperatively, a computed tomography revealed 16 cm retroperitoneal fluid collection which was diagnosed as urinoma due to urinary leakage from partial nephrectomy scar of the right lower calyx.
