Background/Objectives: The article considers the outcomes of experimental studies to establish the relationship of surface quality characteristics of parts with constructive and regime parameters of technical levitation devices - Levitation Tool Modules. Methods: The method for controlling microgeometry of the processed surface in the drilled holes with LTM-IV and the technologies applied in Finishing Antifriction Rotary Chamber Processing (FARCP) have been considered.
