The level of sophistication associated with modern radiotherapy techniques such as Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) and Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT) continues to increase, placing increasing demands on the current Quality Assurance (QA) procedures that ensure patient safety.
