AbstractRecurrent malignancy remains a significant complication after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT). Efforts to decrease relapse have included donor lymphocyte infusion to stimulate donor anti-recipient T-cell allorecognition of major and minor histocompatibility differences.
