AbstractThis study investigated teacher's views regarding lifelong learning. 30 teachers were interviewed individually for the purpose of exploring their views regarding lifelong learning approach. Also in this study, qualitative means of investigation were employed. In the qualitative part of the study, an interview schedule designed by the researchers was used. There were two questions: “What should be done to strengthen the teacher's lifelong learning skills?” and “What factors influence the teachers in being lifelong learners?”. The research finding showed that financial problems, educational policies and learner profile seemed to affect the teacher's lifelong learning process.
