AbstractThe IEEE GaAs IC Symposium has come around again and this year it's in sunnier climes than last — San Diego. This is a popular venue for III-V meetings having been the locale for ISCS last year and will be for MANTECH96. This issue contains our usual special tribute to one of the larger gatherings of III-V vendors under a single roof: GaAs IC Tech. We also take time to update you on recent appointments and re-appointments here at the TFR offices
