AbstractGaussian blur is frequently used to model the degradation of images or signals. We will show how to clean the blurred image. We shall obtain exact formulas. To achieve this goal, we will make use of some formulas from the theory of basic hypergeometric series. We will also show how to deblur images blurred by a modified Gaussian blur
