The Council of European Energy Regulators has been publishing Benchmarking Reports on the Quality of Electricity Supply since 2001. For the 5th edition of the Benchmarking Report the 29 member countries of CEER were joined by the 9 NRAs from the Energy Community and the NRA from Switzerland.
